प्राणापानपरामृष्टानाडीविवरसंविदः ।
वातार्तस्येव पद्मस्य स्पन्दोऽस्य समजायत ॥ १७ ॥

जैसे वायु से प्रेरित कमल में स्पन्द होता है वैसे ही भीतर प्रविष्ट
प्राण ओर अपान से उद्बोधित चारों ओर नाड़ी विवरो में जो संवेदन हुआ उसमें स्पन्द हो गया
